BUYER FAQ
Common questions before a wholesale order
A quick overview of the questions importers, distributors, and project buyers ask most often before moving forward with sampling, pricing, or bulk production.
What products does SANARO manufacture?
We manufacture high-density polyurethane architectural ornaments, including crown cornices, panel moldings, carved moldings, decorative corner appliques, and ceiling medallions.
Where are the moldings manufactured?
Our manufacturing facility is located in Hunan Province, China.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ is 100 pieces per order. We support mixed orders, allowing you to combine different profiles and styles to meet the minimum volume.
Can orders ship as Less than Container Load (LCL)?
Yes. Orders do not need to fill a full container. We accommodate LCL shipments and can consolidate mixed-product orders into a single shipment.
Do you provide samples prior to a wholesale order?
Yes. We offer sample kits for trade buyers. Product samples are complimentary; customers only cover international express shipping costs.
What is your standard production lead time?
Production takes approximately 15 days from deposit confirmation to dispatch. Total delivery time depends on international ocean freight schedules to your destination port.
What are your payment terms?
We require a 30% deposit upon order confirmation and the remaining 70% balance before shipment via wire transfer (T/T).
Which shipping terms (Incoterms) do you support?
We primarily operate on FOB terms, with CIF and CFR quotes available upon request.
Do you produce custom molding profiles and OEM designs?
Yes. Custom architectural profiles are quoted on request. Submit CAD drawings or physical samples, and our export team will confirm tooling requirements and minimum quantities.
What material is used for SANARO moldings?
High-density rigid polyurethane foam (PU), factory-primed in smooth white and ready for direct installation or finish painting.
How does polyurethane compare to plaster in weight?
Polyurethane weighs significantly less than traditional plaster for the same profile, substantially reducing freight shipping costs and job-site installation labor. Profile-specific weight specifications are available upon request.
Can these moldings be installed outdoors?
No. Our decorative molding collections are engineered specifically for interior architectural applications.
What finishes and colors are available?
All items come factory-primed in smooth white. We also offer pre-finished decorative options in gold, silver, bronze, and gilded accents.
Which international markets do you supply?
We export worldwide, primarily serving commercial clients, contractors, and distributors across North America, the Gulf region, and Southeast Asia.
How do I open a wholesale trade account?
Submit an inquiry including your destination port and product categories of interest. Our export sales team will follow up promptly with wholesale pricing and account onboarding details.
